An Indian Adventure

In the early morning chill of mid January in Agra, we will gather in front of the spectacular Taj Mahal, take a few photos, and then wheel out into the chaos and excitement that is India! In this, the 3rd installment of the trans-India expedition, we will pass through the colourful desert cities of Rajasthan; the prosperous and unique state of Gujarat; spend a day or two in the bustling metropolis of Mumbai; relax on pristine empty beaches of the Konkan Coast; visit the incredible ruins of Hampi; cycle through the undiscovered interior of Karnataka; pass through the princely city of Mysore; spin down from the heights of the Western Ghats to feast on seafood in Cochin; and bike alongside the gorgeous backwaters of Kerala before arriving in Kanyakumari – where three seas meet and India ends.

This is a journey through the villages of India, through 7 states in 8 weeks. A chance to challenge yourself, and strip away the misconceptions of this fabulous land. There is no other cycling tour of India as pioneering and adventurous as this. Challenge yourself, and experience India in a way that few travellers have before.
