Long Road Home

In 2006 I rode the Tour d'Afrique from Cairo to Cape Town. One of the best riders, and a really nice guy to boot, was Jonny White. He had Type 1 Diabeties and was riding to prove that having that condition did not mean you were limited in what you accomplished with your life.
